Granola Bars with Cranberries and Almonds

- 2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 ripe bananas
- apple purée (made from one small apple, about 4 tablespoon)

Preheat the oven to 320F/160C.

Put the parchment paper on the baking sheet and spread the oats and almonds on it. Bake for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile take a larger bowl and put cranberries, cinnamon, smashed bananas and apple purée into it. Then add baked almonds and oats and stir until it is combined well.

Press the mixture into the baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes.

As soon as it is cold you can cut it.
